Employees at Kanya:
Kanya has a total of 95 employees across all the seven salons. Even after being in business for two decades, Kanya still retains a definite warmth and concern for its employees. In fact, it was the first personal appearance chain to have a hostel for the staff.

Training:
Our people are given regular training so that they can keep abreast of the trends and the practices in the Beauty Care industry. In-house training programs are held regularly. We have technical experts from L’Oreal Professionnel Paris’ that come down to train our people on the latest haircuts and colouring trends. We also had a trainer from Mumbai who came down to train our people in bridal make-up, bridal hair-dos and flower decoration for hair as also saree draping styles for brides. We ensure our people get he best available training, no wonder, we are always Chennai’s most preferred skin and hair care destination!
